Quality on an elevator door is not “looking solid”. Quality is that the door does not open when locked, that it opens only at the right landing when the car is there, that the fire rating meets the duration and integrity on the specification, and that gaps stay inside the limits in EN 81-20. Which standard binds door safety?
EN 81-20 collects manufacture and installation safety rules for passenger and goods-passenger elevators. Door locks, shaft access, gaps between leaves and between leaf and frame, and protection that reduces trapping on close (light curtain or safety edge) are the clauses that land on site. EN 81-50 completes calculation, inspection and test rules. For fire, the landing door is tested to EN 81-58; the result is written on the specification with the EN 13501-2 class (E, I, W and minutes).
Placing on the market in Turkey follows 2014/33/AB, the Lifts Directive. The door maker does not “CE-stamp” the whole elevator conformity assessment alone; the installer / the person placing it on the market adds the door maker’s guides and documents to the system file. That is why an ECHO delivery keeps the installation guide and the fire document (if specified) in the file.

Is it the same door for housing, hotels, healthcare and public buildings?
The mechanism family can be the same; the specification is not. Housing usually needs 2-panel central, or 2-panel telescopic in a tight shaft. Hotels and offices put quiet track and a prestige finish first. Healthcare writes stretcher opening (a wider clear opening, often 3–4 panel) and a face that takes frequent disinfectant (stainless). On public buildings and shopping malls, fire rating and spare-part supply are separate lines on the specification. ECHO lists these types as separate products. There is no claim of “one model for every building”.
